Barbizon China Now Open

Barbizon, the leader in modeling and acting instruction since 1939, opened a new location in China this month. Already operating in over 200 U.S. markets and three international markets, Barbizon is pleased to announce this international expansion.

With the first location already open in Beijing, China; there are already plans to expand to at least six cities in China within the next two to three years.

Sun Yongheng, Barbizon China owner, said “We came to the U.S. to participate in a Barbizon event and we were very impressed with Barbizon’s approach to modeling, acting and personal improvement and the opportunities it provides. All of our contestants from China had a wonderful experience. We felt there was a need and an opportunity in China to offer the Barbizon experience to young people.”

Barbizon China will begin holding classes this month in Beijing and expects to expand to Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou and Suzhou soon.
