what people are saying about barbizon!

peoples

Barbizon enhanced my life by making me feel good about myself on the inside and the way that I appear on the outside. I use the skills that I learned at Barbizon everyday, from how to apply make-up to how to walk. The people there encourage you to set goals and how to accomplish them. Barbizon is a wonderful experience to have.

Lyndsy Fonseca

Check out her interview in our Vault!  Lyndsy stars on the ABC series DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES.  She is a San Francisco Barbizon graduate.

UPDATE:  Lyndsy is currently starring in the movie "Remember the Daze" which is about teenagers on their last day of high school in suburbia 1999.  The film is the official selection of the 2007 Los Angeles Film Festival.

Her career started in a rather humble way at the Barbizon School of Modeling. In addition to obtaining talent representation, Lyndsy also was the second runner up in Young Miss Dancer of the Year, as well as Miss Barbizon Young Miss Talent of the Year.

Lyndsy is busy with commercials, such as Captain Crunch and Radio Shack. She also has recurring roles as Ted Mosby's future daughter on How I Met Your Mother and the frisky Donna on HBO's Big Love. Lyndsy also enjoys roller blading, soccer, skiing and, of course, dancing.

In fall 2007, she joined the ranks at ABC's Desperate Housewives as the daughter of Katherine Mayfair, a character moving onto Wisteria Lane with her decidedly younger husband, played by Nathan Fillion. Lyndsy also appeared in an episode of Switched where she swapped lives with another girl for a weekend to experience a different life, she stayed in Alaska for the weekend where she had to rock climb a natural wall and use a chainsaw to saw logs.
