Barbizon collects Personally Identifiable Information when visitors successfully complete the Contact Us form. This information is used to make contact with those visitors through e-mail, telephone, and/or US mail services so that the visitor’s request for more information about Barbizon can be responded to, and to maintain a national database of persons who requested information from Barbizon. This database is used to send bulletins and updates about modeling industry news, Barbizon’s events, and education services.
Barbizon also uses tracking mechanisms not connected to obtaining information, but for website statistics.
Personally Identifiable Information requested includes First Name, Last Name, Mailing Address, E-Mail Address, Phone Number, Birth Date, Sex, whether they prefer text or HTML e-mails, and how the visitor learned about the Barbizon Website.
Barbizon does not condition a visitor’s participation in activities based on the visitor providing more Personal Identity Information than is necessary to process the visitor’s request.
