Barbizon Georgia grad and former Miss Georgia Teen, Jena Sims has found success in acting, modeling and pageants and is spreading her talent for good. Recently, Jena gained attention for Pageant of Hope, a program she developed in 2006 to bring joy to kids facing serious obstacles. The Pageant of Hope is a noncompetitive pageant that gives children and teens who face serious illnesses and challenges the opportunity to shine in a very special pageant. Developed to boost self-esteem through praise and talent, she says it's all about making the kids feel like "kings and queens" for a day.
