Recently, Barbizon students from all over the nation came together to participate in a Thanksgiving food drive. In a cooperative effort, they were able to make a seemingly impossible task a reality, collecting nearly 7,000 nonperishable items to feed less fortunate families this holiday season. Demonstrating the fundamentals of what Barbizon truly stands for, discovering your beauty and potential from not just the outside but the inside as well, Barbizon students found their "one-of-a-kind star quality." These core values are what Barbizon instills in our students. Beyond expert modeling and acting training, Barbizon is committed to helping young people develop a positive self-image. We believe whole-heartedly, giving to our communities is part of that process. Barbizon graduates come away with not only poise, posture and confidence, but also a new outlook on life.
Due to the incredible efforts of the Barbizon staff and students, hundreds of families were given the opportunity to share the holiday with loved ones and a full stomach. We are so very proud of our students from around the country that participated in this magnificent giving initiative, and in turn our students felt proud of themselves for their accomplishments in helping hundreds of families this holiday season.
