A graduate of the Barbizon in Philadelphia, Regine stared in the movie Lakeview Terrace, opposite Samuel L. Jackson.

Recently, Regine has appeared in the hit movie Death at a Funeral. Her acting credits also include roles in Grey’s Anatomy, Super Sweet 16: The Movie, Weapons, and the TV series Lincoln Heights.
